The idea of making and selling nyonya kueh didn’t come overnight. I had always like to experiment, to bake, cook and make something. Something that I like to eat and once a while, crave to eat. For instance, a delicious ‘Durian Cake’. Here are a few samples of what I have tried making, thus far. I enjoyed the experience of making them in my quiet time. I found baking/cooking to be very therapeutic. Quiet in personal time and great to activate the senses. Similar to cycling.
